Sanctity

There is reverence
found in silent humble hours
we need not search far
to discover broad rivers
the sacred ordinary
moments of our lives

  1. Sacred ordinary moments– I need to be noticing those through my day… thanks.

  2. I would go so far as to say if we do not spend enough time in the silence we will never get to the broad rivers.

  3. This is going to sound odd but I felt like I walked into a hallowed space reading this – as if I had entered a church and looked up for a moment. THAT is an incredible feeling to get from reading a beautiful poem.

  4. His ever present voice beckons each of us to “relax and know, listen, meditate, ponder that I AM God”
