Lavender Fields

She considered herself
A keeper of bees
Of soft summer days
A listener to winds
A watcher of skies
Owning castles & clouds
Wide fields underfoot
Dancing amongst flowers
Wild lavender and sage
Gathering sunlight
Waiting for rain
Finding her ground
Earth spinning gold
Scooping up songs
Bees swarming, humming
A keeper of love
